Little Free Library

On Wednesday, January 28, 2026, we opened our Little Free Library at Fairview Elementary. Students and their families are welcome to leave books or take a book from the library at any time. We hope this will be a fun way to involve our community in reading together at home! We are so thankful to Mrs. Helton for securing funding for the library and to Mr. Peterson for installing the library. We are grateful that our board member, Mr. Shane Rusk, and our Aggie Ambassadors were able to join us for the grand opening! Also, special thanks to Flowers by Kayley for donating the beautiful purple ribbon for the ribbon cutting ceremony.

In January we celebrated 100 days of school for the 2025/2026 school year.  Our teachers planned fun counting activities to celebrate the occasion. Students sorted and counted sets of one hundred objects. Students created projects displaying one hundred objects. Second grade students wrote about what they expected their lives to be like when they turned 100 years old.  Our Kindergarten students dressed like they were 100 years old. We are thankful for 100 days of learning and we're counting on finishing this year with more fantastic learning activities!100th day100th day100th day100th day100thday100th day100th day100th day100th day100th day
