We are moving the event to September 14th from 6-8pm. This is the night before our Homecoming football game and we will include some homecoming activites in the event. Once again sorry for the inconvience and please help spread the word. Go, Eagles.

Good afternoon, parents!
If you haven't already done so, please take a moment to register your student through the PowerSchool link. We still have about 50 students who haven't completed their registration, and finishing this process is essential to receive the updated schedule for your child.
We have organized designated days for students to pick up parking and locker information:
Tomorrow, Aug 1st, from 9 - 12, all students can get parking and lockers.
On Wednesday, Juniors can pick up their schedules and also get parking and lockers between 1 PM and 3 PM.
On Thurs, Sophomores can follow the same schedule, picking up schedules from 1 PM to 3 PM and obtaining parking and lockers.
Fri is reserved for our incoming Freshman class, who can get their schedules from 9 AM to 11 AM. They too will have the opportunity to secure parking and lockers.
We are also thrilled about FREEDOM FEST from 6 - 8 PM. It promises to be an enjoyable evening for all.
Additionally, our Open House is Monday from 4 PM to 6 PM, an excellent chance to meet teachers and staff before classes begin.
School officially starts on Wednesday, and please take note of the following schedule:
Wed: First day for students with last names beginning with A-K.
Thurs: First day for students with last names beginning with L-Z.
Fri: School starts for all students.

Following today's National Weather Service briefing, Dr. Barnette has decided to have a remote learning day on Friday, March 3, 2023. Cullman County will be under a rare high wind warning beginning tomorrow. We are expecting sustained winds 30-40 MPH with gusts 50-60 MPH, well above safe operating conditions for school buses. The NWS says to expect - and be prepared - for downed trees and power outages. Students will be provided assignments to complete tomorrow.

EGGS are Pricey!!! You shouldn't have to worry about that if you come to our 8$ Pancake Breakfast Buffett tomorrow at the Scout House from 6 am to 10 pm. It might go longer if we have a crowd! This breakfast is to support our Quarterback Club. Please support our school and kids but eating with us tomorrow morning from 6 am to 10 am and getting yourself some breakfast Buffett. Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Pancakes, tea, juice, coffee, and fellowship. SATURDAY 2/25/2023

Due to the risk of severe weather, Cullman County Schools will be remote again tomorrow. (Thursday 2/16/23). There is a strong possibility for tornadoes and I believe that parents should be able to make the decision to carry their children to a storm shelter as needed. If storms are not in our area students should use this time to catch up on any school work or spend time practicing their reading. Thank you and please stay safe. - Shane Barnette
