Hello My Name Is... Kristy Harris
This is my third year as the librarian at Fairview Elementary, and I am so excited to start this new adventure. I started out my career at FES as a library aide in 2007. I have also been a computer lab teacher and special education aide. I went back to Athens State and finished by teaching degree in 2012. I taught Kindergarten for one year and first grade for 9 years. I got my Masters in Library Media from University of West Alabama. I competed my Instructional Leadership certification from Auburn University at Montgomery.   I am currently in my last semester for my EdS in Instructional Leadership from Auburn University at Montgomery.   I love helping students discover a love for reading and sharing books with the children.
